Could not recommend No Payne Roofing enough! We found a small leak in our window just after midnight this past weekend. We called at least ten 24/7 contractors and No Payne was the only one that answered; they came within the hour and checked our attic and the leak and determined the cause. Mike immediately fixed the issue above the leak, and then sent another roofer the next day to get rid of the rest of the ice damming on our roof. In addition, he wrote us up a report that we could reference back to for insurance/home warranty purposes. We are beyond grateful for the quick response, and the quality work that Mike and his team does.

We had 4 contractors come by our house to look at our Roof/Skylight leaking issue and Brody was the most professional (provided drone pictures, cleaned up after the inspection and he was prepared which was the opposite from the other contractors), he was the most knowledgeable as he provided us a very detailed explanation of the issue, the reasons behind the conclusion and a detailed path forward. These are the reason why we went ahead with No Payne roofing. Bo, was the field service technician that came out to do the work and he did an awesome job, he was professional, he kept us updated with the progress and followed up with us after the work was completed to ensure all our questions about the install/competed work was addressed. We had went through a couple of quotes from roofing and attic companies, but I honestly felt that No Payne Roofing was the most sincere. I recently hired No Payne Roofing to clean out bird nesting areas above my front door and install additional bird spikes throughout the area. Nolan came to work. He also performed general roof maintenance, including sealing the bent storm collar and gluing in three loose tiles at the base of the chimney. I’m absolutely thrilled with the work Nolan did! Not only does my roof look great, but I no longer have to worry about birds nesting or landing on my property. Very professional, Nolan gave great service. Real easy to work with solving issues I needed looked at. Work was done on time and gave me photos of the work that was done. Would recommend Payne roofing, and Nolan did a great job. Also Brody gave me a great quote, and was thorough finding other issues we didn’t know we had. Gave us a temporary fix at a great price so I didn’t have worry about water damage, before a permanent fix could be scheduled. Great service all around.
