Brandon came in today to take a look at our attic ventilation. He was on time, professional, friend and was a very knowledgeable person.

He explained thoroughly of the situation and even went to put it in layman's terms so that we can understand. Also, he seemed genuine and was very honest, which is a quality that I put above the rest. He even used his snow blower to blow our sidewalk off before leaving. This was a very nice gesture on their end, the small things that speaks volumes.
