Safe Guard Your Home
Gutters can seem inconsequential compared to the entirety of your roof. In fact, you may sometimes think of them as bothersome because they clog more often than they should.
However, your gutters play an important role in your home, helping to protect your roof from water damage and preventing soil erosion around your home. No Payne Roofing understands the difficulty of maintaining your gutters, and that’s why we offer comprehensive gutter cleaning and repair services.
Trust our experts to keep your gutters free of debris and in good repair all year long.

Gutters free from debris can ensure that water and ice can flow away from your home, preventing ice dams and damage to your roof and your siding. When your gutters are clogged with leaves, dirt, and other debris, you risk fluid and ice buildup on your roof, as well as other issues such as mold and mildew.
A strong windstorm or hailstorm can knock the downspout of your gutter system, causing it to become misaligned. If kept unchecked, the downspout may topple. You need to ensure your gutters and downspouts are clean prior to attempting repairs.
If the undersides of your gutter are rusting, it’s possible your gutter is punctured and needs repair. However, nothing can be done unless we clean and see the full view of your gutter first. Eavestrough repair may be necessary, especially if your system has aged and become brittle.
If your gutters have standing, ponded water, they’re definitely clogged. They’ll need to be cleaned with a special brush that can remove buildup and debris. Before this is done, water needs to be removed, a process that can be complicated without professional experience.
Consistently seeing rodents, birds, or squirrels running along or feeding from your gutters can indicate that your gutter is clogged with debris. Your gutters will need to be drained of water and thoroughly cleaned to prevent damage to your roof and siding.
Maintaining your gutters
Your gutters are an important part of your roof and your home’s overall structure. They also play a pivotal role in preventing moisture and ice from building up on your roof. To ensure they function optimally, it’s important to keep them clean and well-maintained. Here’s how your gutters protect your home:
Dirty water flows from the slope of your roof to your siding. This water contains sediment from your shingles and other debris. As it flows from the roof, the gutters catch it to prevent it from dripping down and making your siding dirty.
Gutters catch the debris, dirt, water, and ice that come off of your roof, preventing them from reaching the ground and affecting the foundation of your home. If your gutters are clogged or damaged, they could fail to do their job.
Clogged gutters can result in pooled water throughout your yard. Submerged soil can damage your foundation and negatively affect the grading on your property, causing water to flow toward your home instead of away from it.
Preserve your roof’s integrity all year long
Accumulated debris in your gutters can significantly risk the stability of your roof, potentially leading to structural issues over time. Clearing debris from your gutters reduces the risk of ice dams and moisture buildup on your roof, helping you prevent water damage, leaks, and other problems.
While cleaning your gutters is important, it’s not something that should be tackled alone. Trust No Payne Roofing to provide you with professional gutter cleaning services, helping your home remain secure and leak-free throughout the year.

Could not recommend No Payne Roofing enough! We found a small leak in our window just after midnight this past weekend. We called at least ten 24/7 contractors and No Payne was the only one that answered; they came within the hour and checked our attic and the leak and determined the cause. Mike immediately fixed the issue above the leak, and then sent another roofer the next day to get rid of the rest of the ice damming on our roof. In addition, he wrote us up a report that we could reference back to for insurance/home warranty purposes. We are beyond grateful for the quick response, and the quality work that Mike and his team does.

We had 4 contractors come by our house to look at our Roof/Skylight leaking issue and Brody was the most professional (provided drone pictures, cleaned up after the inspection and he was prepared which was the opposite from the other contractors), he was the most knowledgeable as he provided us a very detailed explanation of the issue, the reasons behind the conclusion and a detailed path forward. These are the reason why we went ahead with No Payne roofing. Bo, was the field service technician that came out to do the work and he did an awesome job, he was professional, he kept us updated with the progress and followed up with us after the work was completed to ensure all our questions about the install/competed work was addressed. I highly recommend No Payne Roofing!

We had went through a couple of quotes from roofing and attic companies, but I honestly felt that No Payne Roofing was the most sincere. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me anything that I didn’t need. Bo was extremely efficient, updated us with pictures and answered all of our questions. Bo was great! We are extremely happy with No Payne Roofing.

Very good work and attention on my issue. Would highly recommend before you spend thousands of dollars. Before I request to execute the job I also had other contractors giving me price without event looking my roof. So congrats to Brody for the inspection and Nolan who came later to execute all the fixes quickly.
